Detection – high-speed, accurate checking

The heart of the MDM system is the optical Medicine Detection Machine, which checks and digitally photographs the contents of every pouch. It compares each pouch with a library of tablet images held in the system library and marking for re-viewing any pouch that do not have the expected contents. Every pouch is checked and re-checked in less than a second.

The MDM machine is available in two basic sizes, and there is also a model that we have specially developed for users in Asia.

The Vision Station is used for programming new pills into the system, or updating information on the size, shape or colour of any particular pill. You can even do this while the MDM is in full production. You can also use the Vision Station as a validation tool to check incoming medicines.
